Who we are
JOA Capital Partners, Inc. ("JOA", "we") operates this website from offices in New York and Warsaw. For any matter concerning personal data, write to asher@joacap.com.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the contact form or send us directly: name, organisation, organisation type, email address, area of interest and the content of your message. The site sets no analytics or tracking cookies.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and, where a conversation develops, to manage that relationship. The legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is your consent given at submission and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Retention and sharing
We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry or the relationship it leads to, then delete it. We do not sell personal data and do not share it except with service providers bound by confidentiality (for example, email hosting).
International transfers
Because we operate from both the United States and Poland, your correspondence may be processed in either. Transfers from the European Economic Area rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability; you may also withdraw consent at any time. EU residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
